The keratometer findings should be recorded as follows:

  O.D.   horizontal power@ axis; vertical power@ axis
  O.S.   horizontal power@ axis; vertical power@ axis

example:

  O.D. 42.75@ 015; 43.25@ 105
  O.S. 43.00@ 180; 43.50@ 090

An alternative method is:

  O.D. 42.75/43.25@ 105
  O.S. 43.00/43.50@ 090

Any distortion of the mires should be noted.
